abrdn Fund Managers Limited – abrdn Real Estate Feeder Fund Merger

Further to the recent communication to our investors the merger of abrdn Real Estate Feeder Fund (the Donor Fund) into abrdn Global Real Estate Fund (the Host or continuing Fund) was duly approved by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 23 October 2026.

Dealing in the donor shareclasses will be suspended after the 12:00 VP on 12 November 2026 to allow the holdings in the donor shareclasses to be merged into the host share classes as detailed in the below table on the 13 November 2026. A further article will be posted with the applicable conversion ratios following the merger.

First day of dealing in new shares of the continuing Fund 9am on 16 November 2026.
