Please note that effective 10 April 2026, SS&C will introduce print suppression for a number of documents across all fund groups where a customer and/or agent is registered for Secure Distributor Portal Reporting.
Currently, more than 100,000 documents are printed each month despite customers having access to the same information via the Secure Distributor Portal and/or receiving confirmations by email.
Following feedback from several customers, the following documents will no longer be printed:
- Contract Notes
- Transfer Confirmations
- Payment Advice
- Change of Agent
- Change of Mandate
