Shareholders in RBS Investment Funds ICVC (IF) and RBS Investment Options ICVC (IO) have voted in favour of the mergers shown below:

The intended effective date of the Mergers will be 17 May 2019. Upon completion of the Mergers each of the Existing Funds will be terminated.
