RBS Shareclass Merger 14/08/2021

Please be aware that the shareclasses listed below will be merging over the weekend of 14/08/2021, all unitholdings in the Managed Income Fund shareclass will be converted into units in the Managed Defensive Fund. After the merger has been completed the Managed Income shareclass will be closed.

We will be able to process dealing instructions for the closing shareclass up to 15:00 on 06/08/2021, dealing instructions received after that time cannot be accepted.

Dealing instructions for the Managed Defensive Fund shareclass can be accepted from opening of business on 16/08/2021.
