SJP Property Unit Trust wind down

On 4 December 2024 SJP notified clients that they were closing the SJP Property Unit Trust fund and made capital distributions in December and March.

A further capital distribution is now planned for 1 December 2025, so if you are invested in the SJP Property Unit Trust, you will receive a cash payment w/c 1 December. The reference we will use for this payment is “Property Capital Distribution”.
