Below you will find example of the reports from the Secure Distributor Portal. Each report shows the exact layout of the file with some example data. The file names are consistent with the downloadable files. These examples should be used alongside the User Guides found at https://distributorportal.co.uk/documents-guides/secure-distributor-portal/user-guides

Bulk Settlement Report

Breakdown of Bulk payments made by payee details

Daily Reconciliation Report

Opening & Closing balances alongside previous days transactions

Deal Confirmation Report

1 report per VP per manco showing deals in that VP. This report runs when prices have been released

Final Distribution Report

Details of final distribution payments due for holdings, typically run PD-10

Reconciliation Report

Opening & Closing balances alongside transactions in the period (run weekly or monthly)

Settlement Outstanding Report

Lists deals past settlement date and the reason they have not settled

Stock Transfer Report

30 day view of Stock Transfers processed on accounts

Valuation Report

Give a valuation of your holding on the date requested. We recommend you request this to be run daily and use the Search Feature to get the required valuation

XD Report

Provides a holding record at the XD date of a fund, useful to reconcile before a distribution is paid
