Further to the recent communication to our investors the mergers of:
Were duly approved by shareholders at Extraordinary General Meetings held on 23 October 2026.

Dealing in the donor share classes will be suspended after the 12:00 VP on 26 November 2026 to allow the holdings in the donor share classes to be merged into the host share classes as detailed in the Circulars (available at the link above) on the 27 November 2026. A further article will be posted with the applicable conversion ratios following the merger.
First day of dealing in new shares of the continuing Fund 9am on 30 November 2026.
