Abrdn Fund Managers Limited - Merger
Further to the recent communication to our investors the merger of abrdn Emerging Markets Equity Fund (the Donor Fund) into abrdn Emerging Markets Income Equity Fund (the Host or continuing Fund) was duly approved by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11th September 2026.

Dealing in the donor shareclasses will be suspended after the 12:00 VP on 8th October 2026 to allow the holdings in the donor shareclasses to be merged into the host share classes as detailed in the below table on the 9th October 2026. This article will be updated with the applicable conversion ratios.
First day of dealing in new shares of the continuing Fund 9am on 12th October 2026.
