Allianz Global Investors Merger Notice - Allianz European Equity Income Fund with Allianz UK Listed Equity Income Fund C Class Acc

Please be advised that, following shareholder approval, AGI will be merging the funds noted below on the 1st October 2021.  Allianz European Equity Income Fund Class A will be closed to dealing activity from 12:00 on 24th September 2021. It will still be possible to place deals in the Host Fund, Allianz UK Listed Equity Income Fund in the run-up to the merger.
