Trading information

The ConBrio funds will be restricted at 12pm on the 1st of August 2025 and trading with Tutman will commence from 4th of August 2025. It is important to ensure trades submitted from this point quote your new unitholder and agent details. Agent codes are mandatory for Calastone and EMX trading.

Electronic re-registration will be restricted in ConBrio from 12pm on Friday 25th July 2025.

Sale trades placed for valuation points up to 1st August 2025 are to be settled to the existing ConBrio bank details. Sale trades placed from 4th August 2025 are to be settled to the Tutman bank details mentioned above.

Account information

If your ConBrio agent code matches an agent code in Tutman, we will amalgamate the agent codes, if not then these will be retained. 

Details of your new account numbers and agent codes will be communicated via email approximately 2 weeks before the effective date of 4th August 2025. 

Any nil balance account for the funds with ConBrio will not be converted to Tutman and any unsettled units will be force settled.

All Dealing and Distribution mandates held on your ConBrio accounts will be converted over to any new Tutman accounts. 

Coveralls will be converted but you need to complete a new Tutman coverall agreement to avoid any issues with future payments. If your new coverall agreement is not set up by 18th August 2025, we may require a form of renunciation for every repurchase trade that is placed. The form can be located here and can be submitted via Document Upload or posted to Tutman.

Secure Distributor Portal Reporting

The new accounts and agent codes will need to be linked to the Secure Distributor Portal to receive reports.  To arrange this please complete a linking form available here.  Account numbers will be circulated approximately two weeks before live date, our deadline for the return of linking forms is 25th of July 2025 to be available for the effective date of 4th August 2025. 

Please note, any forms received not in good order by the deadline will not have online reporting available on day 1.  Guidance on how to complete the forms can be found on the link above.

Please note that your Recipient ID will not be updated unless a completed DOLR linking form is submitted.
