EMX Issue with Fix connections

We are aware that Euroclear has reported an issue affecting FIX connections to the EMX service.

Please note that SS&C is not impacted by this issue, and we kindly request that you continue to send orders to EMX where possible.

If you need to activate your continuity plans and submit orders via fax, please ensure that instructions are sent well in advance of the Valuation Point or any relevant fund cut-off times.

Please be aware that the Distributor Client Services team is unable to provide updates regarding the recovery of the EMX system.
