FP Octopus UK Multi Cap Income Fund S Class Closure

FundRock Partners Limited have advised clients that the below share classes are approaching the investment limit.

FundRock have therefore taken the decision to close Class S following the 12pm valuation point on Friday 4^th June 2021. After this time, Class S shareholders will no longer be able to add to their existing investment and no new investors will be accepted.  Shareholders who hold Class S Income shares will also no longer be able to request that dividend payments are re-invested and all dividends from the class will be paid out per existing mandates.

Shareholders who wish to continue to invest in the fund are able to do so in other existing share classes.
