Fundrock Partners - Fund Closure

Further to the recent communication to our investors confirming that FP Russell Investments Multi Asset Income Fund will close as of 16th October 2025.

The last valuation point for each shareclass will be 12:00 noon on 16th October. All dealings in the shareclasses will be suspended with effect immediately following the vp on 1st October 2025 while we commence with the process for terminating the Fund. As such, with effect from 2nd October 2025, it will not be possible for you to make subscriptions into or redeem out of the share classes listed below.
