We are pleased to inform you that as a result of the announcement of the acquisition of the business and assets of WHEB Asset Management LLP (“WHEB”) by Foresight Group LLP (“Foresight”) on 28th January 2025, the Investment Manager of your fund will change to Foresight. We expect this change to take place on 5th March 2025.

This change will not have any impact on the terms of your investment or the way your fund is managed. The investment objective and policies of the fund will stay the same and the team managing it will be unchanged. FundRock will remain as the Authorised Corporate Director.
