M&G Fund Name Change

M&G Securities Limited will be making changes to the M&G Episode Income Fund (the “Fund”) which is a sub-fund of M&G Investment Funds (11). The changes are detailed below and will become effective on 10th July 2025.

• The Investment Policy and Investment Approach of the Fund will be changed to reflect the Fund’s desire to seek returns through longer-term strategic asset allocation.
   
• The Fund will be renamed as the ‘M&G Income and Growth Fund’.

All share classes of the Fund are impacted and individual share class identifiers are shown below.

There will be no change to the risk profile or objective of the Fund as a result of these changes.
