M&G Sustainable Multi Asset Growth Fund Merger 22nd November 2024
Please be aware that following a successful Shareholder vote at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which took place on the 6th November 2024, we will be merging the M&G Sustainable Multi Asset Growth Fund into the M&G Episode Growth Fund on the 22nd November 2024.
As mentioned in the copy of the Circular that was sent to Shareholders, you will no longer be able to buy or sell Shares in the Merging Fund after 12:00 on Thursday 21st November 2024 and requests received after this time will be rejected. You will need to submit a request to deal with your New Shares in the Receiving Fund on or after Monday 25th November in order for your instruction to be dealt with.
