MERGER: CT Select UK Equity into CT Responsible UK Equity Fund

Further to the recent mailing to notify current Donor shareclass unitholders of the proposed event, dealing in the donor shareclasses will be suspended after the 12:00 VP on 26/01/2023 to allow the holdings in the donor shareclasses to be merged into the host share classes as detailed in the below table on the 27/01/2023.

Electronic re-registrations will be suspended 20/01/2023.
