Ninety One - Changes to the Asia Pacific Franchise Fund
Last year important changes were made to the Asia Pacific Franchise Fund (the ‘Fund’), a sub-fund of Ninety One Funds Series ii.
On the 6th May 2025, Ninety One Fund Managers UK Limited issued a circular to shareholders in the Asia Pacific Franchise Fund. In summary, on the 20th June 2025 we :
- Changed the name to the ‘Emerging Markets Leaders Fund’;
- Changed the investment policy;
- Changed the benchmarks; and
- Added a new section titled ‘Sustainability Approach’, which sits in the Fund’s Prospectus below its investment policy.
