Ninety One Merger - Global Quality Dividend Growth Fund into Global Franchise Fund

On 2 April 2025, Ninety One Fund Managers UK Limited issued a circular to shareholders in the Global Quality Dividend Growth Fund, together with a notice of an EGM regarding the proposed merger of the Global Quality Dividend Growth Fund into the Global Franchise Fund. This merger was approved by shareholders at the EGM held on 1 May 2025.

 •  Dealing in the Global Quality Dividend Growth Fund ceased after the last VP at 12 noon on 29 May 2025. 

No contract notes are sent confirming the merger transactions, but a confirmation letter will be sent to shareholders within twenty-one days of the merger and details of the number of shares which were held in the Global Quality Dividend Growth Fund together with the number of new shares allocated in the Global Franchise Fund will be available to view via Distributor Online (‘DOLR’) from 2 June 2025. IMPORTANT NOTE: For client(s) who hold income shares and had their income paid out to them, any available income will be paid to them as soon as reasonably practicable after the 30 May 2025 and in any event within two months of the 30 May 2025.  For client(s) who held accumulation shares, any available income was accumulated within the Global Quality Dividend Growth Fund and reflected in the value of those shares. This value, including any income, was used to calculate the number of new shares issued to them in the Global Franchise Fund. Tax vouchers, if applicable, will also be sent to investors in both the accumulation and income share classes shortly after the income payment date.`
