Further to the recent Shareholder Circular notifying current donor share class holders of the proposed Corporate Action event, which gained approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 6th August 2021, dealing in the donor share class will be suspended after the 12:00 valuation point on Thursday 26/08/2021 to allow the holdings in the donor share class to be converted into the host share class as detailed in the below table.
