Royal London Merger

Further to the recent mailing to notify current Donor shareclass unitholders of the proposed merger into the Royal London UK Broad Equity Tilt Fund, it should be noted that if approved at the Meeting of Shareholders on 29 June 2022,  dealing in the donor shareclasses will be suspended after the 12:00 VP on 21/07/22 to allow the holdings in the donor shareclasses to be merged into the host share classes as detailed in the below table on the 22/07/22
