SJP Property Unit Trust wind down

Back on the 4 December SJP notified clients that they were closing the SJP Property Unit Trust fund and made the first capital distribution on 7 December.

A further capital distribution is now planned for 15 March, so if you are invested in the SJP Property Unit Trust,  you will receive a cash payment w/c 17 March. The reference we will use for this payment is “Property Capital Distribution”.
