SVM UK Growth Fund Merger

Notice to shareholders of the UK Growth Fund, a subfund of the SVM Funds ICVC (the “Company”):

A circular letter dated 10 January 2024 (the “Circular”) has been sent to shareholders of the UK Growth Fund.

The Circular notifies shareholders of the proposal to merge, by way of a scheme of arrangement, the UK Growth Fund (the “Merging Fund”) into the UK Opportunities Fund, also a sub-fund of the Company, this proposal being referred to as the “Merger”.

The Circular invites eligible shareholders of the Merging Fund to vote in respect of the proposed Merger at a meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on 26 January 2024 at the offices of SVM Asset Management Limited at 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh EH2 3AH.
