SVM Asset Management Migration - SVM UK Opportunities Fund – 26 April 2024

On 26 April 2024, SVM Asset Management are migrating the ES River and Mercantile UK Dynamic Equity Fund B Accumulation Share Class (ISIN GB00B7H1R583) and the ES River and Mercantile UK Dynamic Equity Fund A Income Share Class (ISIN GB00B1NG8296) into the existing SVM UK Opportunities Fund Institutional Share Class B (ISIN GB0032084815) administered by SS&C.

Information on your shareholding will be sent to you by post after the merger, if you require details on your shareholding sooner, please contact SS&C via email, webchat or telephone from 29 April 2024. Contact details can be found on https://www.distributorportal.co.uk/contact-us.

Your old fund

What has happened to my accounts?

Communication will be emailed to you directly detailing Old account details and New account details now held with SS&C. Existing mandate details you have from your old account will be carried over to your SS&C account. Please note, you cannot use your new SS&C account details until 29 April 2024.

Single or Multiple Accounts

You may have existing accounts registered with SS&C that hold the above SVM fund already. We have set up a new account for this new merged holding and so you may now have two or more accounts holding the SVM UK Opportunities Fund.

If you wish to consolidate your holdings so the same fund is not held over multiple accounts, please send a Stock Transfer request to SS&C from 29 April 2024.

If you intend to hold the same fund over multiple accounts please ensure you submit trading or amendment requests with clear and accurate account details. If account details submitted are incorrect, unclear or the correct account cannot be identified, this could result in your requests and any subsequent deals being rejected.

Agent details

Where applicable, agent details you have linked with your old account will be transferred to your new SS&C account. Your new agent details will also be emailed to you by our Distributor Client Services Relationship Management Team if this applies.

EMX and CTN trading

From 29 April 2024, trading via EMX and CTN will need to be submitted using the existing SVM details administered by SS&C. Please see the EMX details below.
