SVM Funds Merger Proposal & Offload Announcement

Shareholder Circulars dated 12 August 2025 have been sent to Shareholders in SVM Continental Europe Fund and SVM All Europe SRI Fund, notifying them of the ACD’s proposal to merge these funds into RGI European Fund, a sub-fund of the RGI Funds ICVC. 

An EGM is to be held on 4 September 2025 and, subject to approval at that meeting, the mergers will take effect from 19 September 2025.

The last VP for the funds will be 12.00 pm the 15 of September 2025 with non-dealing days up to the 19 of September 2025.

All Shares of the Merging Funds will be cancelled and will cease to be of any value on the Effective Date

Conversion Transactions

The transaction type Re-Registration Out will be used to transfer the funds.

Automated Dealing

Electronic trading via EMX and CTN will be suspended after 12.00pm on 15 September 2025.  Dealing in New Shares in RGI European Fund commences from Monday 22 September and any trades should be submitted with your new account and agent details to the new connection details which will be issues by State Street. 

Electronic Re-Registration will be suspended after 12.00pm on 15 September 2025 and any trades should be sent to the new Administrator from the 22 September with your new account and agent number to the new connection details which will be issued by State Street. 

All deals in SVM Continental Europe Fund and SVM All Europe SRI Fund will be rejected after the 15 September 2025 VP.

The Administrator of the RGI European Fund is State Street Bank & Trust Company.  There will be a new address, telephone and fax number from the 22nd September, this will be provided to clients by State Street.

Settlement of inflight trades

Settlement proceeds for Sale transactions placed up to valuation point of the 15 September 2025 should continue to be paid to SS&C, using the existing account details, even if settlement is due after that date. 

Secure Distributor Online Reporting

Secure Distributor Portal will show deal confirmation reports for trades up to the 15 September 2025, any trades for valuation points after this point will not be reported.

Data already available on the Secure Distributor Portal will remain available for 15 months after the report originally produced.
