The Coverall form is to be completed and signed by two authorised signatories.

To enable the set up for both CTFML and TISL, please send one of the following documentation alongside the coverall form:
- A voided cheque
- An original bank statement detailing the client's address (no older than 3 months)
- Certified copy of a bank statement (3 months old or less, only from approved source)
- An original bank or building society letter quoting the clients bank account
Coverall Form
There are two main types of Renunciation and Settlement Coverall Agreement which you can request.

Please supply an Authorised Signatory List with all coverall requests.
Once setup you will need to submit an updated coverall form to make any changes to the details held in any existing agreements.
